Highly accomplished and motivated Reliability, Maintenance, Process, and Project Professional with years of experience in Pharmaceutical, Automotive, and Food and Beverage Operations. Her experience includes API Pharmaceutical/ Biotech Manufacturing which includes high-risk Mechanical Integrity processes, Corporate Global Reliability Ownership and Oversight, Engine and component machining, casting, and assembly manufacturing. Rendela has overseen technical bid package reviews, overall process design, and overall maintenance process development for a large scale pharmaceutical multi-product facility, overseen large scale engine retooling and line redesign, supervised and responsible for entire shift oversight of operational and maintenance personnel, and designed and implemented Condition Based Monitoring Programs to include Oil Analysis, Vibration Analysis, Thermography, and Ultrasonics for US and OUS Manufacturing sites. Extensive experience in training, motivating, and mentoring employees in a fast paced ever changing manufacturing environment. Highly skilled in Reliability fundamentals, program design and implementation, and providing sound reliability and engineering solutions to equipment issues. She served in the United States Army achieving the rank of Captain,also a certified Green Belt and RCM facilitator.
