About the Presenter:
Adam is the founder and Partner Ecosystem Advisor at Triple Circle Partners. Adam has worked in Maintenance and Reliability, Enterprise Asset Management, and Industrial IoT for over 25 years, and has focused on building partnerships that drive operational improvements and sizable cost reductions for clients in manufacturing, energy, utilities, education, and government agencies. The consistent emphasis is engaging the right ecosystem to optimize people, process, data, and technology to improve.
Adam developed and implemented Partner Led Accelerators (PLA) while Sr. Director of IIoT Global Partners at PTC. This streamlined the partner experience, created better engagement for partners and clients, and drove exponential revenue growth, customer adoption, and retention.
Taking the success from this and other roles, Adam advises manufacturing and energy companies on how to leverage an ecosystem approach master OEE. He also uses that knowledge to build and activate partner programs and acts as a fractional partner leader for solution providers including software, hardware, and service providers.
