Bryan is a veteran C-suite leader whose sweeping vision and strategy have propelled double-digit growth and forward-thinking leadership in the global marketplace for more than 30 years. Applying an entrepreneurial approach, he has been proficient at isolating requirements and advancing solutions in all functional areas of business operations from start-up ventures to mature markets.
His commitment to understanding businesses, marketplace needs and critical challenges has positioned him well as a leader capable of presenting verifiable results and strategic expertise to companies and customers. His experience has involved developing innovative business plans, acquiring capital, assembling cohesive operational teams, applying lean business and management practices, establishing performance benchmarks and delivering sustainable operations.
Bryan retired from the Indiana Air National Guard as Lt. Colonel after 30 years of service. In his last position he served as the Inspector General at the 181st Intelligence Wing. He is an adventure enthusiast and ultra runner, having run numerous ultra races including Tahoe200, Bigfoot 200 & Moab240.

Eric Bevevino has spent his entire 30-year career in the business of heavy duty maintenance and reliability. Born and raised in northwestern Pennsylvania, Eric is a graduate of Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering along with a Master’s of Science Degree in Applied Business Analytics from American Military University. Honoring his ROTC scholarship commitment to the US Navy, Eric spent four years on active duty as a Navy Surface Warfare Officer with a Diving and Salvage specialty. Following his stint on active duty, Eric entered the Navy Reserve while concurrently taking a position with Castrol Industrial.
