Paul Dufresne started Reliability Playbook in 2017 which is a service provider offering expertise to companies in nearly every industry. Primary offerings include maintenance and reliability best practices; lubrication program development; predictive maintenance program development; and support for MAINTelligence and Lube-It software. Specific services include audits/assessments; training and certification; troubleshooting; root cause failure analysis; program optimization; database construction; route configuration; PM optimization; field walk downs; and coaching and mentoring of technicians.

Eric Bevevino has spent his entire 30-year career in the business of heavy duty maintenance and reliability.  Born and raised in northwestern Pennsylvania, Eric is a graduate of Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering along with a Master’s of Science Degree in Applied Business Analytics from American Military University. Honoring his ROTC scholarship commitment to the US Navy, Eric spent four years on active duty as a Navy Surface Warfare Officer with a Diving and Salvage specialty.  Following his stint on active duty, Eric entered the Navy Reserve while concurrently taking a position with Castrol Industrial.
