Łukasz Sznajder is an asset management practitioner with 10+ years of experience in the oil &gas and chemical industry, with origins in rotating equipment and power engineering. Holds a double MSc degree from Warsaw University of Technology and Cranfield University, UK since 2011. Possesses an ISO CAT III certification in vibration analysis from Mobius Institute since 2023. In 2022 completed a post graduate study in Data Science at Warsaw School of Economics.

Since 2020 a member of Polish Scientific Maintenance Society. Being involved in creation of the CMMS  software as a product owner. Current occupation is a senior Reliability and Customer Success Manager at Grundfos. Main field of expertise covers rotating equipment diagnostics and reliability consultancy. In a daily work employing predictive maintenance system. Enthusiast of data science in industrial applications, which is reflected in attempts to build his own machine learning models to predict particular failure modes of rotating machinery. Lives in Warsaw, Poland with his wife and 6 years old son and 1,5 years old daughter. Personally, a big fan of road cycling, football and sailing.
